About Us

It is our goal to bring the authentic elements of Italy to our clients by revisiting popular American classic food and challenging the boundaries of flavors. 

At Pick Pock though, it is more than just great Italian food, we want to bring the fun and vibrancy of Italy to life, which will ripple to our staff and every other element of the experience that guests will interact with in a fun, inviting setting that is unbound by precedent. Have a taste of “the perfect bite”: What every person seeks.

Edoardo Marchiorello has an MBA from Bocconi University and attended the Scuola de La Cucina Italiana cookery school, as well as professional courses of the Italian Sommelier Association (AIS). His previous experiences range from working with Michelin star chef Davide Scabin at the restaurant Mulino a Vino in Meatpacking to the corporate fast casual experience at Sweetgreen. Working with his family in the food industry, he also develops the US market for products such as ovens and wines. He is now fully devoted to Pick Pock.
