At Pick Pock, we strive to connect the world through food by working closely with our clients to create a fully customizable and memorable experience unlike any other. The wide range of skills from our roster of chefs allows us to explore different flavors, textures, and shapes to produce “The Perfect Bite”–beautiful, tasty, and bold.
Our services range from company events (team lunches, press days, launches, etc.) to private dinners of any size. In addition, we provide vacuum sealed food delivery services and full production events to work around your needs. Whether it’s planning your event from scratch, finding your location, or handling everything food & beverage.
Edoardo Marchiorello has an MBA from Bocconi University and attended the Scuola de La Cucina Italiana cookery school, as well as professional courses of the Italian Sommelier Association (AIS). His previous experiences range from working with Michelin star chef Davide Scabin at the restaurant Mulino a Vino in Meatpacking to the corporate fast casual experience at Sweetgreen.
